Heritage Days 2012 August 18-19
2012 is the 125th celebration of East Grand Forks as a city. A big celebration is planned by the city for August 8-12 and we have been asked to participate.
As the
past President I feel we
need to be involved with the community as we are part of it. The community has
been very supportive of our efforts to display the history of this valley. We
have much to be thankful for. We have wheat in storage. City administration has
alluded to some revenue items for the Heritage Village.
1. City Breakfast at the VFW. Kathy
Mills has temporarily consented. We share in profits
2. Potential $10 for each city packet sold
3. The Heritage village will be on all the posters and other advertising. This
is a cost savings to us item.
4. Most of all we show our support for the community.
The date
of our annual Heritage days is August 18-19, 2012 the 3rd week end.

Heart All School Reunion is the 1st week end in August
